Boho-Chic Jewelry Designer Jacquie Aiche Introduces A New Line Of Spiritually On-Point Self-Care Products

Elizabeth Taylor famously said, “jewelry has the power to be the one little thing that makes you feel unique.” Free-spirited, LA-based jewelry designer Jacquie Aiche takes that sentiment one step further by introducing a new collection of self-care products called Gypsy. Meant to celebrate and honor her loyal following of spiritually curious bejeweled babes, her new line promises to bring “peace, balance, and healing.” Each box in the collection comes with Gypsy Linen Mist (a blend of natural Lavender water infused with Amethyst), Face Mist (a blend of natural rose water and positively charged crystals), Gypsy Dust (a blend of Palo Santo and Sandalwood powder), a crystal bowl (an incense bowl carved from natural agate), Gypsy Fire (a set of matches to light Gypsy Dust) a Nail Polish Set (produced by Londontown USA and infused with vitamins and botanical oils), and a crystal guide (Jacquie’s very own guide to crystal, magic, and healing).

For anyone who already wears (or aspires to wear) Jacquie’s pieces--a blend of handmade necklaces, body chains, bracelets, earrings, and rings that invariably display the perfect mix of laidback and luxe--her new Gypsy line is a no-brainer. The Jacquie Aiche customer is more boho-chic than Tiffany-chic. And while Jacquie’s pieces are categorized as “fine jewelry” with the prices to match, there’s a sexiness and spirituality to her designs that attracts a more freethinking demographic—a group who reveres meditation and matcha and avoids most things mainstream and monotone. In other words, if anyone is going to appreciate the value of her signature Gypsy Dust, it’s the woman who would also feel very comfortable sporting a $10,000 diamond-encrusted body chain to a beachside BBQ in Malibu. She’s cool, in-the-know, and not afraid to celebrate herself.

Story + Rain’s Editor-in-Chief Tamara Rappa talked to Jacquie about the inspiration behind Gypsy. Here’s what she had to say.

Jacquie, tell me quite literally what sparked the idea? A specific conversation with a client? It was more of a feeling that led me to creating the Gypsy collection. I’ve always loved playing with Mother Nature’s magic. Whether it’s enhancing adornments with the energy of crystals or using aromatherapy within my daily ritual to find balance. The idea of blending the two together came so organically...I just had an intuitive feeling that they would complement each other perfectly and be an incredible source of healing.

Where were you when you dreamed it up? I was at the Bungalow. [Their offices, showroom, yoga studio, and magical courtyard---all in one place]. I find so much creative inspiration there--surrounded by my crystals and tribe. It really is like my personal sanctuary.

Which product did you dream up first? The Gypsy Mist with Rose Quartz was the first. It’s a handcrafted blend of Rose water infused with Rose Quartz charged under the full moon. I have always used rose water as a natural remedy for skin irritations, for its anti-aging benefits and as a mood enhancer. Infusing it with crystals made it a completely different experience that I wanted to share with everyone.

To tap into your own inner hippie goddess, Jacquie Aiche’s Gypsy Box retails for $285. Each product is also sold individually, ranging in price from $10 to $45. The Gypsy Collection is available for purchase exclusively at www.jacquieaiche.com.
