Winter can be a beauty stealer. By February, our hair is dry, our nails are brittle, and our skin can feel downright reptilian. And the body part that suffers the most? Lips. In search of a panacea for our parched pouts, we vetted some of the best products out there. What we discovered is nothing short of miraculous: ultra-hydrating treatments--glosses and oils--layered with sumptuous ingredients that gave us perfect, plump, enviably kissable lips. Perhaps it’s the long, cold season spent mostly indoors that made us absolutely fall in love with these delicious scents and colors, reminding us that summer and its sunsets are just around the corner.

“I am obsessed with Aquaphor! I have tried everything, and this is the fastest and best lip balm around. A fast lip scrub is white sugar mixed with Aquaphor. Mix and scrub on lips for instantly smoother lips. An alternative are the MAC lip scrubs. They are excellent and come in different flavors.I know Aquaphor isn’t sexy, but I’ve literally tried EVERYTHING and it’s the only thing that works on crusty lips. Like, when a girl gets in from a red eye and we are doing a red lip story, this is what I use!”
