For The SkinnySeed Paloma
1.5 ounces 21Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus Infused Tequila
1.5 ounces fresh grapefruit juice (pink is prettiest)
2 ounces club soda
For The SkinnySeed Spicy Margarita
1.5 ounces 21Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño Infused Tequila
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
For The Cocorita
1.5 ounces 21Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila
1 ounce pineapple juice
1.5 ounces non-pink coconut water
0.5 ounce tangerine juice or orange juice
To make the SkinnySeed Paloma, place all ingredients into a glass and stir to combine. Add ice to fill the glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of basil. Rub rim of glass with lime wedge and salt half the rim with Tajin Clasico seasoning salt (optional).
To make the SkinnySeed Spicy Margarita, place all ingredients into shaker with 1.5 cups of ice. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into a glass. Garnish with a lime and/or cucumber slice. Rub rim of glass with lime wedge and salt the rim (optional).
To make the Cocorita, pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Quick shake and pour over fresh ice.
