Valley Rock Inn + Mountain Club is a new wellness-focused getaway destination in the Hudson Valley, developed by the founder of 1stdibs, Michael Bruno. The property features an impeccably designed luxury sleeping and dining experience with a focus on outdoor recreation. It's surrounded by over 70,000 acres of protected parkland and lakes. The Inn is taking reservations for future bookings, and the Valley Rock Market currently sells fresh organic produce from their own local farm fields, as well as their own prepared food, pantry staples, and other healthy and locally-produced food. The Guest Houses at Valley Rock each have 3-5 bedrooms and are being offered exclusively to parties that have sheltered together. The Inn leaves two days in between all stays to be sure each house has been properly cleaned during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Every guest house has its own pool area with seating, dining and sun lounges. Meals are included with each reservation, and guests can dine at the Lodge restaurant, the Rose Garden, and poolside. During a typical stay, a 90-minute time slot per day is allotted for using the property's 7,000 square foot gym, and each adult guest is provided with a bike to ride. Guides take guests hiking on the hundreds of miles of trails, and kayaking is available.
