Maple Dijon Dressing

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp. of red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. of dijon mustard
1 tbsp. of organic maple syrup
1 tbsp. of chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. of salt
20 cracks of black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Combine and shake ingredients to emulsify. Serve over butter lettuce, sliced radishes, and toasted walnuts
