2 24 oz Bonafide frozen Chicken Bone Broth packets, 2 22 oz Brodo frozen Chicken Bone Broth containers, or 1 1/2 boxes of Kettle + Fire Vegetable Broth
4 handfuls of kale, spinach, or a mix of both
1 minced clove of fresh garlic, 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic or powdered garlic, or a mix of fresh and dried
juice of 4 to 8 whole lemons
Use veggie, chicken, beef stock or bone broth depending on your preference, each have their individual properties that help boost immunity. I usually choose chicken bone broth for this recipe. I start by warming my broth up on the stove, and I squeeze in one or two whole lemons. Then I sprinkle in some granulated or powdered garlic, or fresh minced garlic. Garlic has immunity-boosting properties like calcium and potassium; powerful enough to wipe out bacteria and infection. Add in much as you like! Then I add my greens: I like to use spinach and kale. Dark leafy greens contain zinc, and zinc is an amazing defender for the body. Add the greens directly to the broth and cook until soft. Pour into a large mug or bowl and enjoy!
