Buffalo Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

Serves 4
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¾ cup Oatly oat milk
1 head cauliflower
¼ cup Noble Made Medium Buffalo Sauce
organic breadcrumbs to taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a baking rack.

Combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk in a bowl and stir until fully incorporated.

Cut the cauliflower into florets. Add them to the batter, coating each piece completely. Arrange coated cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Using tongs, flip each piece over to the other side.

Brush the sauce on the cauliflower, add breadcrumbs to taste, and bake for another 20 minutes.
