1-2 oz bottles of rum, we like Sailor Jerry
1 bottle of dry franciacorta sparkling wine or Prosecco
2 32 oz bottles of pure unsweetened cranberry juice, we like Lakewood Organic
1 64 oz bottle of apple cider
1 bag of fresh cranberries
1 glass punch bowl, we like this one
Place the bag of cranberries in the freezer overnight. Slice both oranges into round disks. For this recipe, serving in a glass punch bowl is a must, because it allows for the festive display of its garnish of cranberries and oranges. Start by adding one bottle of rum to the punch bowl, then one bottle of the cranberry juice. Next, apple cider. Continue to add rum, cranberry juice, and cider until you reach your desired taste. Just before serving, add the the whole bottle of sparkling wine, the whole bag of frozen cranberries, and all of the orange slices.
