15 ounces of mayonnaise
7 tablespoons of chives
7 tablespoons of parsley
7 tablespoons of heavy cream
8 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of tabasco
7 whole eggs
2.5 packages of Saltine crackers
1 teaspoon of Old Bay
.5 teaspoon of pepper
7 pounds lump crab meat
1 tablespoon of salt
Enough bread crumbs to coat each crab cake
Mix ingredients together in order of the ingredient list. Pick through crab meat, making sure to not break it down. Weigh the mixture into 2 ounce portions and dip each portion in bread crumbs. Shallow fry in clarified butter.
