I love waking up early. I love watching the sun rise. Maybe it’s because the constant sounds of airplanes and cell phones and cars honking aren’t there, or maybe it’s because I just like having a moment to myself. I feel a boost of adrenaline and happy hormones when I wake up early. I feel like I’ve accomplished something, even if all I did was hang out with the sky.
