1 stick butter, softened
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
Salt & Pepper
10 pieces Gluten free Cracklebred
1 bunch red radishes, sliced on mandoline
Olive oil
Maldon salt
Mix softened butter with thyme and salt and pepper to taste
Spread herbed butter on the crackers
Working in rows, arrange radishes on crackers
Top with drizzled olive oil, a sprinkle of Maldon salt and chopped dill.
