From Gilligans at the Soho Grand Hotel
6 oz. Blanco Tequila
2 oz. Combier Orange Liqueur
4 oz. fresh lime juice
2 to 3 oz. simple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
20 cubes of watermelon (roughly 1 in. across)
6 cups of ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until frozen. You can adjust the amount of ice to make it more or less frozen, and adjust amount of simple syrup to make it more or less sweet. Once blended, serve in mugs and garnish each with a slice of watermelon.
