Ice cubes
1/2 oz dry vermouth
6 oz vodka, preferably Belvedere
1 tbsp Stilton bleu cheese
2 Castelvetrano olives
Stuff olives with cheese and put in the freezer to set. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vermouth and shake vigorously to coat the ice; pour out any remaining liquid. Add the vodka to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into two chilled martini glasses equally; add a stuffed olive to each glass and serve.
