Makes 1 Cocktail
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, reserve 3-4 for garnish
2 oz Cocchi Americano or Sweet Red Vermouth (preferably Carpano Antica or Dolin)
2 oz Campari
2 oz Prosecco
In a cocktail shaker, muddle blueberries with Cocchi Americano. Add mixture to a cocktail glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add 2 ounces Campari, top with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh blueberries, and enjoy!
Cook's notes: Drink is best stirred before serving.
