Balancing Ambition With Gratitude, Taming Taking On Tasks, Accenting With Accessories, Next-Level Pilates And Pancakes, Healthier Hair
One of my favorite ways to stay strong is with Pilates. My friend Meghan Pickrell from Mind and Motion in Los Angeles has both in-person and online classes available that I can tap in to, wherever I am in the world. I love one-on-one sessions with her and i also love being in a group environment where the energy of the others in class helps motivate me. Her unique approach of blending motivation and movement is really uplifting for the soul and body. Having a catch up and a Lovewell together after a sweat session is such a nice moment of self care.
Multitasking has long been celebrated but I’ve noticed I feel much more present and able to tackle a task completely when it’s done mindfully and given the amount of time a task deserves. Multitasking can feel like you’ve accomplished tasks with but I’ve often found that when I go back and see what I’ve achieved it’s not as thoughtfully done as if I’d really slowed down the process. I find that I’m more present with my kids when I’m not multitasking and I’m better able to show up for all aspects of my life with intention.
LOVEWELL Vegan Pancakes

Journal Entry topic of the week
Why do we move the bar? I was recently on set here in Australia, the sun was shining, the wind was blowing through my hair as we prepared to start rolling on a scene. It hit me like electricity; I am living my dream. The goal I had set for myself many, many years earlier was to be able to make a living doing what I love- acting. I had surpassed my expectations many times over, yet throughout the years I was subject to my own berating, my own judgements as to why my career wasn’t quite feeling as satisfactory. I realized that I’d hit a goal, and then slide the bar further up. Why? Why is it that it’s our tendency to keep moving the bar along? I’ll feel successful when... I’ll be happy when...It's essential to balance ambition with gratitude, to recognize and celebrate our achievements instead of constantly chasing the next milestone. By changing the narrative to one of gratitude and acknowledgment, we can find more joy and fulfillment in our journey, appreciating where we already are, and what we've accomplished.
i'm Obsessed with Freda Salvador everything!! their new one-of-a-kind denim patchwork jacket; the Darya Lug sole shoe; their black bucket bag...and I'm also obsessed with this blue floral print dress by The Great!
Element, Lovewell's humic and fulvic acid supplement, has built a cult- like following thanks to its next-level impact on hair growth! It, of course, has other benefits like optimizing brain and gut health. but from our reviews and the anecdotal stories we've heard, it’s the effect on hair growth that has had a remarkable impact on people (and the reason we keep selling out!!) . By enhancing nutrient absorption at the cellular level, Element ensures that hair follicles get the essential vitamins and minerals needed for strong, healthy growth. detoxifying properties improve scalp health, creating the ideal environment for hair development (the before and after pics we get actually bring tears to our eyes!), Element's anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits help protect and strengthen hair follicles, resulting in thicker, stronger hair. A lot of people have been seeking out a natural way to boost their hair's health and appearance. You just add ten to fifteen ml's to a glass of water, and drink one to two times per day.
