MORNING SNUGGLES

We do a lot of cuddle time and a lot of skin to skin. My daughter is my greatest teacher. She reminds me to slow down, be present, and be right where I am in that moment. Sometimes that means cuddling for a little longer. Something that means laying down and being right where she is.

SUPPORTING SMALL FARMS AND LOCAL FARMERS

My friends over at @dare2dreamfarms have an amazing farmers market all based on trust with self-shopping and checkout at their farm. I love that they're growing and producing, but also teaching. They offer classes and farm stays as well as DIY chicken coop builds and more. I even adopted my cow from their farm. I really appreciate small farmers who are doing their best to do things better, and Megan the co-founder of Dare to Dream is such an inspiration...

MAKING MY OWN HOUSEHOLD GRANOLA

I love coming up with weird recipes. It’s kind of like a meditation for me. I love making granola, or cookies or anything that can be fun and colorful but also healthy USING whole grains and sprouted nuts. This concoction here is freeze dried blueberries for easy keeping, hemp powder, hemp hearts, Elizabeth’s granola, and pine nuts. I can even get Bodhi to eat it because it looks like a party in a bowl!
